I can always count on an A line skirt when I want to up my chic factor. They are just so flattering for all shapes and sizes. Whether you have a straight body shape (like me), pear, apple, or hourglass, an A line skirt cinches at the waist and shows off the slimmest part of your body. It may sound too good to be true, but it’s seriously a fool proof style that will always look good on you!

All aboard! Who’s ready to sail into summer in a nautical outfit with me? If so, grab your favorite off shoulder top, nude wedges, and straw beach tote!
I don’t know about you but I cannot get enough of the off shoulder trend. I’m guilty of ordering three additional pieces just now (can’t wait to show you!). This particular white off shoulder top is currently my weekend go-to. I love the lightweight fabric and the pretty cutout details at the hemline. The bows at the sleeves also add the perfect feminine touch that you know I always look for. In terms of fit, the off shoulder top is true to size and I’m wearing an XS for reference. It’s currently right under $100 and just came back in stock in most sizes! Last time I checked it was almost sold out! The top also comes in black, but I prefer the white for a lighter spring and summer feel. It’ll look super cute with denim shorts too!
Not gonna lie – this Astr floral dress has been on heavy rotation. Easy breezy? Check! Effortless? Check! Cute print? Check! This floral dress hits all of my spring and summer dress requirements.
I wasn’t joking when I said I’ve been wearing this floral dress a lot. In a single week, you would’ve seen me in it once at work, at a baseball game, and then when I had to rush to the emergency veterinarian (more details about this below). This floral dress is just so easy to slip on and go. It fits true to size and I’m wearing an XS for reference. Lengthwise, it hits right below my mid-thigh area on my 5’4″ frame. If you’re a lot taller than me, just make sure to measure the length so that it’s not too short on you. Based on Nordstrom, the Medium size is about 35″ long.
Hi everyone! I just returned from the Beyonce Formation concert. It’s 2 am and I’m still super pumped from the fun and can’t sleep. So I decided to have a late night blogging session and will be sharing this chunky cardigan sweater outfit with you!
First off, who else here is a Queen Bey fan? I seriously am still on a high from her amazing vocal and dancing skills – she just slaaaaays it every time! My favorite performances were her opening song, Formation, and her closing song, Halo. I just wish she played more of her older songs and less of slower, ballad songs. Nevertheless, she is still the Queen and the concert was so much fun! You can see what I wore tonight here.
Cheers to the arrival of romper season! It’s finally warm enough to wear these one piece wonders and I’m excited to be sharing three reasons why you need one this year!
- Rompers are effortless. Slip it on, pair it with the shoes of your liking, and you’re set for the day! You can add accessories and a hat to your outfit, but if you’re really out of time, the playsuit will still look cute and good by itself! So easy, right?
- Rompers are comfortable and wearable. It’s comfy like wearing a dress, but you don’t have to worry about the romper flipping or anything showing. Take it on that rollercoaster or ride a bike, the playsuit allows you to enjoy whatever you’re doing freely!
- Rompers are versatile. There are so many stylish rompers out there and for every body shape. With different accessories and layering, a playsuit can be worn for numerous occassions including the beach, brunch, girls night out, and running errands!
I’m really loving this WAYF embroidered romper because of all the pretty details. I especially love the floral embroidery and the scalloped hemline. The lace up neckline and sheer sleeves also make this romper extra special! I’m wearing an XS for reference and it fits true to size. This black playsuit is lined in the bottom area, but is somewhat sheer on top – you may need a camisole underneath. For the most part, it was easy to get out of – just make sure you loosen the lace up neckline for extra wiggle room. This romper is available in an ivory color and is less than $100.
